Training Development Manager
As the Training Development Manager responsible for the Trainee Officer (cadet) programmes, Glyn utilises his 15 years of experience working in the maritime industry, to enhance the management, resourcing, training and performance of all cadets. In addition, he actively engages with clients, recognised industry bodies and internationally accredited training institutions to build and maintain effective relationships.
Before joining Viking in 2013, Glyn spent 14 years in the Fleet HR department at Carnival UK building up a wealth of experience and knowledge of the maritime industry. Starting out as a Personnel Officer, he also worked in Fleet Training and Fleet HR Systems before spending nearly 4 years in his final role as the HR Manager for Cadets.
