We are seeking an experienced Maitre'D (Dining Room Manager) to join a 5* star luxury cruise brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that superior and quality guest service is provided in the Dining Room, and implementation and execution of food handling, food service and cleaning procedures in accordance with USPH standards.They will also be responsible for directing, supervising and training all subordinates in the performance of their duties in accordance with the quality standards set by the company. Follows all Perfect Dining Service standards, as dictated by Corporate. Other duties include being responsible for all employee work schedules and controls overtime.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years leadership experience in the hospitality industry and be fluent in English and French/Italian. Previous cruise experience within the dining services environment is preferred.
STCW certification and valid Passport will be required.
Competitive salary paid in USD. Rotation is 6 months on 2 months off.
