A luxury cruise company is seeking an experienced and qualified Chef de Partie.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef and ensuring that the food production in his/her section is in line with the Company standards. They will also be organising the working schedule and monitoring performance of staff in his/her work area, such as Demi Chef de Partie and Assistant Cooks. The successful candidate will ensure equipment and utensils of the section is in good working order and meets the Company’s health and hygiene standards and report any non-functioning equipment to their direct supervisors. The candidate will participate actively in all operations of the section by leading, guiding and assisting his/her staff at all times.
Suitable candidates should have previous 5 star cruise ship and hotel experience. Valid Medical and US C1/D Visa are essential. Candidate must have the STCW certification.
Salary in US Dollars, paid whilst onboard.
