A ultra luxury cruise line are seeking a Chief Conciergeto join their fleet.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents and guests with a number of inquiries in a timely and professional manner, researching local service providers and local attractions and participating in the weekly Destination Planning conference calls.
Other responsibilities include, liaising regularly with the Hotel Manager, ensuring the flow of information within the department, responsible for maintaining handover notes which must be submitted to the Hotel Manager for review.
The applicant should have a minimum 3 years experience as a Concierge/ Guest Services Manager on a cruise ship, luxury Hotel or similar environment. It is required that the candidate hold a hospitality degree and knowledge of world geography. Ship board experience is desired.
STCW Certification is required, as well as, a valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
Salary paid in US Dollars. Rotation of 4 months on, 2 months off.
