A luxury cruise and motor yacht company is seeking an experienced and qualified Executive Chef de Cuisine to join their fleet.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest possible quality of culinary services on board.They will also have to prepare weekly orders in accordance to budget control and train other members of the galley accordingly. Other responsibilities include; ensuring implementation and execution of food handling and cleaning procedures in accordance with USPH standards, creating an atmosphere in the kitchen organisation which will achieve maximum productivityand guest interaction such as cooking classes, and demonstrations.
Suitable candidates should have previous small 5 star cruise ship and hotel experience. Valid medical and US C1/D Visa are essential. Candidate must have STCW certification.
Salary in US Dollars, paid whilst onboard.
Rotation is 4 months on, 2 months off.
