A luxury cruise line is seeking an experienced and qualified Executive Chef de Cuisine.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the activities of all food operation teams in producing and delivering the best possible culinary experience for guests and crew, in line with the company’s values and brand strategy.
Other responsibilities: oversees galley management during operations to ensure menus are always executed in a manner that is consistent with company standards, effectively oversees the dish department and ensures the galley foreman and his/her staff adhere to cleaning and public health sanitation standards and conducts daily meetings with galley management to discuss the previous day’s performance/efficiencies and upcoming production and events.
The rotation is 4 months on 2 months off.
Salary paid in US Dollars.
