Viking Superyacht Asia is able to assist all individuals that fall under the requirements of the POEA, have the relevant experience & qualifications and who are looking to pursue a career within the Superyacht sector.

On behalf of our clients we seek a number of candidates for various roles and duties.

We advise all interested individuals that before applying for employment the following documentation should be obtained:

• Valid STCW95 4-Part Basic Safety Training
• Valid Discharge/Seamans Book
• Valid Seagoing Medical Certificate

The above documents along with a valid passport, will have you ready for our clients to consider.

Once a job offer is made, Viking Superyacht Asia will ensure that you obtain any additional certification/documentation, a company medical as well as assist with flights and relevant visas for joining if required. A contract of employment will also be provided, which once signed, registers you with the POEA accordingly. In return they will provide you with a 'Seafarers Registration Certificate'. With all of your documentation in place, you are now ready to board your assigned vessel.

Throughout your time with Viking Superyacht Asia, our teams in the UK and the Philippines will ensure that your employment and wellbeing is of paramount importance.

As well as providing Officers and Crew for our fully managed yachts, we also place crew on an "ad hoc" basis to other yachts and managers worldwide.
