A Chief Engineer is needed to join a 40M+ Private, dual season Yacht in September 2017.
Applicants must have previous experience aboard yachts serving as Chief Engineer. Applicants will also be required to assist on Deck, helping with maneuvers and water sport activities.
Applicants must speak fluent English, but additional languages such as French would be useful but not essential.
The minimum certification needed would be: Y3 Licence, STCW Basic Training and a ENG1 Medical. A B1/B2 Visa will also be needed.
A Euro salary is on offer.
A 35m Motor Yacht would like to recruit a Sole Engineer for a Pacific based cruising program. This is a private vessel with a long standing crew of 5 (in total). Whilst we would prefer to see a Y4 license, Engineers from any marine based background can be considered if they have the required experience.
An generous salary in Australian Dollars plus standard benefits is on offer
An experienced 2nd Engineer is needed to join a 100M+ Support Vessel in October 2017.
Applicants must have 5+ years similar experience as Engineer on similar sized vessels, particularly passenger ships. Experience with dry dock and refit experience advantageous.
The minimum certification needed would be: STCW Basic Training, ENG1 Medical, Passenger Safety Certificate, Security Awareness, High Voltage and a 2nd / Chief Engineer Unlimited licence.
On offer is a Euro salary, 182 days paid leave and flight package.
A Sole Engineer is needed to join a 30M+ M/Y in September 2017. Yacht is currently in the Med.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years previous experience in a similar role aboard similar sized yachts.
The minimum certification needed would be: STCW Basic training, Seafarer Medical and a Y2 engineering licence. A Y3 Licence is acceptable but a Y2 is preferred. MTU 4000 training is highly desired but not essential.
