Here at Viking we have developed a search facility to quickly and accurately identify vacancies that closely match your experience and preferred employment conditions.

This requires us to keep a "full and up to date" set of details for each candidate, made easier and more precise by you being able to manage these yourself.

In reality it is you who knows if you are content in your employment or looking for something different. By keeping all of your personal details and work history in one place, we can not only match you to the right position, but also provide a easy to update place for you to keep all of your most valuable details to access whenever you want to, wherever you are in the world.

Before starting on your Viking personal portfolio, it will be worthwhile gathering all of your relevant certificates and documentation together.

Completing as many fields, as accurately as possible will allow us to gain the best understanding of your experience to date and better present what options may be best for you to move forward in your career.

In order for the candidate database to be most effective, we would ask that you return to your personal portfolio on a regular basis to make updates of work experience and certification gained, and most importantly, your 'date available for employment'. This is absolutely vital for us to know, so that we do not inadvertently disregard you when carrying out a search.

Once you have entered your details, you will have created your own unique portfolio that cannot be viewed by anyone else except our recruitment team.

The information held within your Viking portfolio is not sent directly to a client as we submit information in a way that is personal to you, (your CV and our accompanying recommendations) the role we're putting you forward for and the specific employer.
