I have thoroughly enjoyed working through Viking Recruitment over these past 5 years and really want to thank each and every one of you. I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure working with such great professionals. I could always rely on Viking and aside from being an efficient and well oiled manning agency, you all also managed to stay down-to-earth and personable.

Viking recruited me for Windstar Cruises in 1992 and I worked as Master for over 12 years with these vessels, until retirement. My association with Viking has been very close over this period of time.

Without exception, I have found their service, attention to detail, personal and professional support first rate at all times.

After 2 years of trying to find work on ships and sending CVs to at least 25 different companies, I contacted Viking to ask for help. They were very helpful at advising me of courses to go on and even emailing information that may help in my pursuit to work on a cruise ship at no charge from Viking Recruitment.

I had 20 years of refrigeration/ air conditioning service work on shoreside but none offshore and after taking Vikings advice to show to companies how serious I was to work at sea updating my CV and forwarding it on to Viking whilst still pursuing companies direct, I had a call from Viking offering me a contract.

Viking Recruitment helped in every way from setting up my medical and visa application to contacting my new hire for any questions I had.

I am now on my second contract have since had promotion and Viking got me the career I always wanted but thought would never happen.

I have been involved with Viking Recruitment in both the cruise and yachting sectors over the last ten years. They have continued to look after my interests as well as the employers. They are a very professional company that has managed to retain an honest approach and a personal touch.

Having worked with Viking Recruitment since 1996 I have sailed with many Officers recruited by them. They have always been very professional both in the standards of Officers recruited and in the helpfulness and abilities of their Office staff (in resolving personnel & personal issues).

I have recently completed my 2nd contract on the Aurora as a 3EO, and I have just had news that I will be going to the QM2 in February for a month/6 weeks before returning to the Aurora.

I'd like to thank you for giving me my first job on cruise ships and giving me that vital bit of first experience required.

I have had the best time ever at sea since joining cruises and I hope that it will continue like this.

I have worked with Viking when working onboard the Wind Star Fleet. Viking organise all the personnel for these ships and although I worked directly for Holland America Line I found the Viking team extremely helpful in any requests I made regarding planning.

Although Viking didn't benefit directly, as I worked for Holland America Line Seattle, they arranged license updates, medicals, and courses I needed to attend.

I would definitely work for Viking if it was possible, they have a great team!
